@tommygfx90: 「売上規模」や「従業員数」で「企業文化」がどう変わるかという調査結果が面白い。 規模が小さいと主体性が強く上限関係も薄い「イノベーション文化」、安定してくると「家族文化」が強くなるが、市場に対して結果を出し続けるという「マーケット文化」をいかにポジティブに育めるかがポイント。
@yuiseki_: そもそも、たとえ重要であっても、複雑だったりややこしいテーマに対して、多数の人々の関心を喚起することが非常に難しい気がする。その次に難しいのが、多数の人々が問題を理解して意見を表現すること。さらに難しいのが、多数の人々が合意できる点を見出すこと。こういう順番なんじゃないか？
