Practitioner of Broad Listening & Digital Democracy in Japan
Research Director at Cybozu Labs. Ph.D. in Science (2006). Since 2007, he has been researching software that enhances teamwork and intellectual productivity. He is a contributor/editor of the book "Plurality" (Audrey Tang, Glen Weyl et al.) and led its Japanese localization.
He views Broad Listening as a technology that augments mutual understanding, and has been involved in its practice in Japan through public policy and election-related projects.
